Brian was a miracle worker! We originally went with another mortgage broker and we were assured there would be no issue qualifying for our loan. Sure enough, the lender required more money down than we had. We thought we lost the home. Then we reached out to Brian. He went to work on our behalf and was able to turn around our loan closing in 20 days- truly a miracle worker!
