Wr have used Brian for multiple homes in multiple states. We've never had to worry about anything every single time. He is super responsive, professional, and accurate. As long as he is licensed in the state we move to, we will always use him! In a 10 year period and 4 homes with him we've never had a single issue. If you're debating between him and another company, save yourself the trouble and just go with him. We've passed on thousands of dollars in incentives and it's always worth it.
