I highly recommend Brian Enloe with LeaderOne Financial. Brian was very pragmatic and professional throughout our, somewhat contentious, home purchase. Without Brian, we would not have been able to purchase our first house. Truly, Brain was a great advocate during the mortgage lending process.

You messed up both the appraisal and the Arkansas transfer fee and had to reimburse your borrower approximately $900. You told my client that you were upset with me because I changed the selling price of the property without telling you. I talk to Title companies not lenders. You caused more confusion than optimism, transparency, and cohesion.
