The process for HELOC subordinated was very disjointed and resulted in having to get a rate lock extension (which cost us $). I had provide a signed copy of Wells Fargo's subordination request forms on 9/1/2020. It appeared that Bay Equity did not really do anything with those documents until the first week of October. Another issue came up at closing. WF pulled their normal 5th of the monthly payment, the Bay Equity loan closed 11/6, so we over paid by $1893.
