The process for telehealth visits is fairly easy and intuitive. I really enjoy talking with Dr. Hollis and appreciate the ease of doing it from my office. My only critique is that the alerts ask you to check in the day before the appointment, which involves providing information and answering questions. Then, an hour before the appointment, you're asked to do the exact same thing when you log in for the telehealth visit. This needs to be fixed as it's unnecessary to do the work twice.

No one ever logged on after 40 minutes of waiting on telehealth. I had my husband call to have someone acknowledge my appointment and they said they could not assist me because I was working out of state. No one ever. Called me to follow up. I am very disappointed in the lack of professionalism I have experienced with this company.
