It was a pleasant experience. Everyone was so helpful during each step of the process. We especially appreciated Stacy Roe, the mortgage banker assistant. She was so prompt in responding to our calls, and she patiently walked us through a lot of the electronic documentations. Her warm manner and positive attitude helped create a stress free closure.
