Brian is incredibly knowledgeable and patient in his approach. As a first time home buyer, I had many questions on the process and sometimes on individual documents as they were coming through. I was on an expedited timeline on the purchase of my home, and sometimes there weren't enough hours in the week to accomplish the necessary documents. Brian was available weekends and was prompt to answer and return my calls.
