Brain made everything so easy! If we called he answered, if we texted he responded back within minutes, any question we had was answered, and we had didn’t have to worry about anything. Everyone made out the home buying/mortgage process seem so stressful but it was truly so easy and I actually go enjoy everything because I knew everything was being taken care of. We still call brain with questions and he still goes above and beyond to do whatever it is for us.
