It was truly a pleasure to work with Brian Popp and his staff. Brian was extremely responsive from the outset and through the end of the entire mortgage process. Brian was patient in answering all of my questions – and I did have many. I was very pleasantly surprised with his availability whether early morning, evening and even late night. He worked quite diligently and was even able to move my closing date up early for me. The closing process itself was quite quick and went extremely smoothly.

Brian was a true professional. His knowledge and ability outweighed everyone else I contacted. When other lenders said that it couldn't be done; he not only found a way, but he also gave me an interest rate that was superior to those that others had quoted me (before they advised me that they were unable to get my loan approved).
