I called them a few weeks ago to work on AC not working. The tech showed up on time, but we pretty much decided the unit should just be replaced. Told him to quote it, specs were taken which cost me another unit,($75). The $150 total service call I was told could be deducted from the new unit. Sounds good I said. 2 weeks later, no quote still. I’ve gone with another provider to get a new hvac so basically wasted $150.
