I'm a supply boat Captain in the US GOM, so my time on dry land is far and few between. He made accomodations for me that made the whole process much easier. It was hectic and there were hiccups, but overall the service and understanding was there. Thank you Mr. Thomson.

We were kept updated and informed all through the building and closing process. Brian broke down all of the fees and charges to make them easy to understand. Even though there were setbacks on our closing date due to the imclement weather, he always kept us updated.

Brian was very professional during or entire loan process. He kept us up to date with weekly updates as well as reach out to other departments on our behalf during home building. Due to Covid-19 and the winter storm, the closing process was postponed past our original closing date. Brian made the nest of this to accommodate around our busy schedules with work and our kids. This is our second KB Home and have enjoyed the process yet again.
