Accurate quotes and a list of everything needed for the loan vs daily new items being added. What happened to the process was a shame on 2 people with high 850 plus credit scores. Just would have liked all requests up front with accurate fees. We should have had a lot smoother process. Dont' tell me you need this and add 4 more items the next morning after we gave the 2 additional items the day prior.
