A frustrating experience due to poor communication and a very stressful closing day.
Brian was friendly and helpful, unfortunately his team has room for improvement. The loan process was frustrating due to unclear communication on what we needed to get done and when tasks had to be completed by. Unfortunately closing day was very stressful as the final numbers weren't prepared on time and we received two different closing costs.
