Jacobs knee went through my ceiling, which left a hole in my living room ceiling. He said he would have it repaired, but after many unanswered texts and phone calls, I still have a hole in my ceiling. He is irresponsible and I would not recommend him. But, what I actually hired him to do, which was to repair my chimney, he did a fine job.
Judging by the way they did my brick wall and the way it turned out I would highly recommend brick experts
Well I ran into my neighbors mailbox. Who knew this is such an expensive mistake? Jacob got a quote over to me and it was lower than some, higher than another but I guess the one thing that separated Brick Experts for me was communication and availability. I had one company tell me they couldn't save the capstones in the project and that it would be two weeks at least to get those. These guys work hard and do a great job, they "do" honor their warranty and their work ethic. Very happy with their work and their follow through on the project
Insist on a detailed hard copy invoice at the time job is completed. I thought there were some areas that still needed mortar repair, but all in all, they got the worst part fixed. Time will tell on how well the mortar repair holds up.
