After two attorneys turned me down, a friend refered me to Pat Reese at Heiling-Dwyer. A woman ran a red light, totaled my car, denied liability and her insurance company, State Farm, was rude and uncooperative. They refused to return calls from my insurance company. My case was difficult because I had prior treatments for my back and neck from falls. Although my car was totaled, the photos did not look that bad. That did not deter Mr. Reese. I meet Jim D**** in 2017 after my husband was hit by a car. He is the most kindest person I have ever met. He listens to you and takes his time to know you, and if you can't go to him in Portland he will come to you.. I live in Salem. He is very professional but caring. He took care of everything we never had to worry about getting paper work for him or his secretary Savanna. Thank you Jim for all the work you did for us, your amazing. God bless
