Recommended**Update 5/31/2023 Truck is still in the shop, service department has failed to keep me informed on the status of my truck unless I call repeatedly or contact Jim himself. Seems that bridgeland is fast to take your vehicle and get you into a clunker. Then take their time getting it fixed for the second time... I went there to buy a 2017 ford edge, there lies started as soon as I walked in the door. They lied about the carfax, they told me the law requires they offer me the extended warranty, which they left me sitting there for an hour waiting for the guy that sells the warranties. When I finally pulled the carfax myself the car had been sold 3 times in 14 months and the engine was just replaced. And when I brought this to the salesmans attention he told me I was being a “dick” caveat emptor
