Im just doing my review based on when I applied for an apartment. Marqua Luckey has been nothing but amazing making this process very smooth. I think he deserves kudos for excellent customer service.

The staff is AWESOME..When we were looking for a place of our own they went beyond everything to get us in.. We have now been here for 5-6 months and we love it..Our building well that is another story.. The people above us are EXTREMELY NOISEY and the guy next to us is too but as far as that overall this place is AWESOME..Keep up the good work Bridgepoint!!

Bridgepoint apartments are very nice inside and out ! washing area on the site , beautiful pool, even a dog park to take your animals ! also the office ladies are very friendly and always answer your questions the best they can!

I needed to find a nearby apartment quickly in May 2015 for my elderly father. Proximity to my home and finding a place that did not require climbing stairs were the primary concerns at the time. We only signed a five-month lease then because we weren't sure if this would become his permanent residence. My Dad really liked it, though, so we extended the original lease for a full year. I moved in about a month ago and so far I love my apartment. I am an upgraded apartment and it is worth the extra money for what they upgraded. The office staff is always so nice, they even give my dogs treats when we come into the office. I can't wait to use the pool, it's calling my name. There is even still green grass in the winter time! I had to call for maintenance one time because my stove wasn't working when I moved in. They came right away and realized that they hadn't plugged in the new stove. horrible apartments, im being charged 1250 dollars for a 700sq ft apartment from the 80s that has had black mold for the entirety of my lease and has not been taken care of. they claimed theyd lower existing tenants rent if you make under a certain amount, which was also never given to any existing tenants I'm aware of. lazy staff that acts like they care to get you out of their hair. valet trash is hit or miss seems like they can't keep an employee. we've had a week of no trash service but we're still charged in full. just ... read more

When I called to get info on the phone, some girl named Lyric was very rude and unprofessional! She had terrible Customer Service skills, and did not even know what she was talking about. If this is what Peak Living hires, I would never want to work for this company!!

They never answer the phone, there are no lights in the units (besides the bathroom and kitchen. maintenance never comes. if you can find anywhere else to stay, please do. and save your self the trouble.

Absolutely horrible apartment complex and management company(peak living) ! I made the mistake of moving to Bridgepoint in Waxahachie, Texas. I was originally leased for a smaller 2/2 but was called days before move in they told me the tenant wouldn't move out so they moved us a different apartment unit. Well that's the beginning of our problems. On move in day (10/20) it was a totally different layout after I had spent countless hours measuring the layout and buying furniture to fit.
