I haven’t been to this dentist in over 3 years. At my last appointment I was told I was good to go, no payments necessary as I was up to date. Now they are sending me an invoice for over $2K citing unpaid charges. False. I paid everything I owed them for my treatment. I have tried calling them repeatedly to talk through these charges, but they never answer the phone and the mailbox is full. Please stop sending me invoices for charges that have been paid.

Not recommended. If you’re looking for a place for your little kid, find another one already. They have no patience for kids. Don’t waste your time scheduled months ago, went in the office, waited at least 15mins before the doctor came, but the doctor don’t even have one minute to wait for ur 2year old to stopped crying or not even try a bit to comfort her. I understand it’s hard to do their job if kid keep crying, but it’s natural for them to scare of doctors. At least u tried or let us try something see if it works out or... read more

This place has HORRIBLE customer service. I called and was put on hold for an extended amount of time and then they hung up on me. I had to call a second time for them to finally answer my call. Upon answering my call, I told the receptionist that they had hung on up me while I was on hold. She continued to respond to me with attitude throughout the entire phone call. My husband & I have been going to BPS, and not too happy with the lack of service, and voicemail box being full most of the time. So we went for our 6 month check up in June and they told my husband that he has 5 cavities, YES, 5 CAVITIES oh i joked with him, 5 CAVITIES at your age (53) so they made appts for him starting in January to fill the cavities. this is a terrible place with inconsistent management of this place. I scheduled an appointment for 11 am. I didn’t get started until 12:05pm. I came in at 10:30 and they said we needed to wait til’ 11 which is fine. They let the customer that just came in go through before us while we were waiting for longer. They also only had one doctor which is so irresponsible. I’ve been coming her since I was a kid and it was much better before.
