I recently found some more pre-cancerous spots on my forehead and reached out to Dr Butters to see if he would be able to look at them in a timely manner. His office called me the next day and I was able to get in within a few days. All of my visits have been very positive, no complaints at all.
I can’t fully explain how nice it is to be advocated by your PA. I usually have to fight tooth and nail to be heard, but it was far from the case. I was listened too, I was given care and after care, so my quality of life isn’t in limbo between appointments. I would definitely say he went above and beyond my expectations. I genuinely appreciate Bridger for taking the time to care for me as a patient and help me regain some hope and control over my health.
He was very professional. Talked to me as a person and answered every question.
