I have had a terrible experience with Briggs. From dishonesty where they said they would give a 10% discount then removed the ice and water shield from the quote to waiting months longer than they said the start would be. The following winter, the roof leaked in the exact place they were supposed to fix. I’ve called them five times over five months and they keep saying they will send someone out but they never show. These people are not trustworthy and do terrible work!
I had Briggs install a new roof in September of 2022. By the spring of 2023, the roof was completely destroyed with shingles blown off and the whole thing looked like a 30 year old roof. I called Briggs and it's been almost 2 years and they have done nothing but give me the runaround trying to get warranty information from the shingle company. I spent $20,000 on a roof and it lasted 6 months. They haven't offered any solutions, only excuses and promises to "follow up", which they never do. This is the worst company I've ever... read more

Had someone come out Aug 15th for inspection, I have called 3 times with no return phone call. Not worth my time to keep calling back. You don't want my business that's fine. Looks like I'm not the only one who has had communication issues. I won't be recommending you to anyone.
