Easy shop! my experience at Briggs was awesome. The help i got from CJ Williams, Brett Barker, and Josh Ball was on point. Very professional and helped my family and I with everything.
Repeat Business I have purchased multiple cars from this dealership and will continue to do business with them. CJ Williams places customer service first and ensured that everything was done to ensure that I was getting a great deal. Even after I had purchased the car, I had minor mechanical issues, but CJ ensured that the vehicle was repaired free of charge. Grade A service.
Overall Great Experience Went and bought a 2012 Chevy Malibu from Briggs in August 2014 and had a wonderful experience. Bought 2008 Buell from Mr Tim Cuddy Service was excellent Salesman Mr. Tim Cuddy was very helpful, friendly and overall great to work with.
Good overall They work with you to find the right car but the trade in process is not great. They never give you even close to trade in values.
How many xxxxxxxx games can be played in 1 car purchace. How many xxxxxxxx games can be played in 1 car purchace. Wrong finance paperwork sent twice, 4k cost for a warranty. And on and on. xxxxing thieves.
Will not buy from them. They were willing to help us find a vehicle. Had a decent selection. But when it came time to buy, they were not willing to price juggle with us at all. This was after they lied to us two times about the price of the vehicle. Very upsetting.
