Friendly staff, the doctor always remembers who I am, they show a genuine interest, always on time and do not try to push treatments I do not need. A year ago, I moved about 20 miles away from their office and I still drive here because I am treated very well by the staff and the doctors.
I came to this office initially for an emergency treatment. From my first call to the placement of my crown I received prompt, courteous service. The front office staff was very efficient and did everything they could to maximize my benefits and save me money. Dr. Bassiri was kind and gentle, and took plenty of time to make sure all of my questions were answered and that I was satisfied with the look and fit of my crown. Liars!!!Scam!! Low down dirty con artists ---seriously beware of the two faced staff Teresa, Celine, and Dr. Koroush Basirri, Dr. Danielle Lam, all caught in lies, crooks. Ripped off for $4,000 work done during covid-19, no refund or justice, can't believe this is possible so unhappy and wrecked with these teeth they messed up. On top of it all they overcharged me didn't run my insurance. I have great insurance said Bright Dental Care was not supposed to charge me for a cleaning $320.
