We had a wonderful experience with Bright Horizons at 20 Pine. My daughter was in the toddler classroom and loved Miss Annie - she was so friendly and loving and really knew my daughter well. The program director Jessica was also extremely helpful and responsive whenever we had a question. We loved the activities for the children, the snacks, the love, care, and attention they showed. 20 Pine is my son’s first home away from home. The staff and his teachers are excellent. My son would speak of his teachers like family! Jessica the director there has always been supportive of my son and is always accessible. It’s been a wonderful experience!
I couldn't imagine a better daycare program for my baby. My son is in the infant class and every teacher that he has interacted with is wonderful. He started when he was 4.5 months old and it has been excellent since Day 1. He is engaged, active, and very stimulated as a result of his days in the Infant rooms. I love all of his teachers and really believes that he gets excellent care in addition to be with the loving friendly people all day. I am so luckily to have found 20 Pine!
My son began here at 6 months old and is now 3 in the preschool class. The teachers, support staff and director are absolutely incredible. The care, compassion and nurturing approach to their education creates a safe and secure environment for learning. Their efforts to create individual attention where possible has helped my son developed a beautiful level of connectedness to his friends and teachers. The enrihment classes are great and second to none. So grateful for BH Pine Street.
The teachers are great. Variety of toys and activities kids could learn and play. The management are nice, professional, and approachable — and listen when you have any concerns. Also like that there’s safe area (the plaza) for the kids to go out when the weather permits. The school does their best to open during the snow storm which I appreciate. Overall happy with the place.
Sage has been at Bright Horizons at 20 Pine since she was 3 months old and now, at 4 years old, she exudes a comfort and confidence in her connections to friends, families, and teachers. Her wonderful spirit has led our family into embracing this amazing community.
So far the best Bright Horizons back up ctr I ever experienced. Very interactive, fun, and educational curriculum. Nice and friendly staffs, spacious and beautiful facilities. Love that they take the children out for a walk.
