This is the worst center by far. I sent my kids there and was shocked to what I had walked into. I do not recommend this center to anyone. Staff is extremely rude. DO NOT let Luisa watch your kids. WORST CENTER EVER. They do not care about kids or their well being. I WILL NEVER EVER STEP FOOT IN THIS NOR ANY BRIGHT HORIZONS EVER AGAIN ! With the amount of money being spent, the care is not even close to where it should be. The supervisor told me I was not prepared because my bottles were not properly mixed to their liking... read more
