RecommendedBright Horizons isn’t only a place where they watch your kids it’s another family for them. My two kids were so happy there ever since they were babies till my son Gustavo went to Kindergarten. We are so thankful for all they did for us. My wife and I work long hours and my kiddos had to stay for a long time there, still when we would come to pick them up they would get mad because they wanted to stay longer. Everyone who works here is so awesome. From the director to the newest teachers; they know what it takes to run this place and they all do an amazing job. My children have never been more excited to go to school, and my daughter has excelled! Great job!!
We are currently using bright horizons service their upper management seems fit to charge us when their facility is not in operation. They recently received several threats to their building and closed the facility for several days for obvious safety reasons but insist the customer still pay tuition. My wife spoke directly with the Vice President of the company who advised everyone has to pay for the service no matter the circumstances. All the caregivers are loving and encouraging of my son. Couldn't ask for a better experience. Also, the BH app, makes keeping tabs on the little one easy without overstepping!
