I can't believe the way I was treated when I came in for a SCHEDULED tour this morning. Karen was so rude and did not want to give a tour. she claimed Vpk was full and we would be on a waiting list unless we enrolled for wrap around care. she asked what did I want to know and why did I need a tour . she insisted that the classrooms were empty and I can just view the curriculum online from the state's website. excuse me why do you even offer tours when I clearly stated the type of care I was looking for when I spoke to the ... read more

The minute we entered Bright Horizon's door we fell in love and we felt at home. My daughter has been here since she was 3 months old, now turning 4. We love it and she loves it! We moved but still drive her there because we don't want to leave�
Horrible experience... I still can not believe it! We stop by on Monday to check the facility, we were give a great tour, everything seemed really encouraging and honest, so we decided to come back on Friday and enroll our daughter. But what a change... No, we do not offer VPK, sorry for the confusion, but you are more than welcome to book (and pay) our half-day program... My wife never felt more humiliated and betrayed. Very bad experience, totally discriminating (we are foreigners)!!!
We love this daycare! We are so very appreciative of the amazing teachers and management here. They are 110% dedicated to providing top-quality care!! With all the learning activities they offer, it is a splendid school for our toddler!
So thankful for the amazing staff and all that my son has learned. They say it takes a village to raise a child, and I'm so glad Bright Horizons Tampa Palms is part of my village!
