This place scams people out of their deposit money. We were told during walk through that we could start within a month if we paid that week. We paid deposit that week and then were given a 6 month eta. (No explanation or apology). Then told they would update as the time approached. Never received another call still to this day. I have heard this same story from other families. We are happily enrolled at another school.

Our son has been at Bright Horizons for almost 2 years now, and we have been so happy with it. We love the teachers and staff; they are incredibly friendly and responsive. Turnover of teachers AND kids is much lower than our previous school, which really does make it feel like a little community :)
