Update* Poor work is even worse now as my cap feel off. Terrible service. It seems like every time you go in there’s some sort of billing error. You end up having to pay multiple times. Just got a phone call from a bill a year ago. On top of that dentist was subpar ended up going in six times
I called Bright Now Dental Spokane Valley to set up dental care & possibly dentures. There is no looking back after that. They scheduled me right in & the choice was made for upper denture. The only thing about being scared to have teeth extracted & a denture placed in that day of the extractions was the thinking about all the fears of having it done. I had a great experience with Dr Murdoch and his staff. They put me at ease and were extremely friendly. Dr Mudoch was very informative on what needs to be done and took the time to do my teeth cleaning himself rather than have me come back, since I needed clearance for a surgery I need. Their prices seem fair and I will definitely be coming back for my dental needs. It's a relief to be established with a dentist again. I waited way too long!
I am so pleased with our experience that we had my daughter needed a filling. We were able to get the exam done and the filling in an hour. The office staff was super nice. Definitely will be using this as our regular dentist moving forward.
Best dental care and service ive experienced in 5 decades. Let's be frank, going to the dentist sucks and I had to have my first root canal, so, sucks squared! However, the entire team did an excellent, painless and expedient job. Also of note, there's no annoying questions when you've got your mouth full of dental equipment. Doc keeps you informed and checks to ensure that you're comfortable and works his art. The professionalism starts at the top and is emulated by every member of the team.
