If you have 135 minutes to wait than go ahead like mine today 3/28/23 got signed in at this place at 9:49am but got first service at 12:15pm after 2+ Hours keep waiting and waiting. If their lady customer service called me on last Friday 3/24 for my confirmed to come then they should be well prepared for everything including their specialist readiness. Or just simply ask me to reschedule it upon prediction that their HR isn’t sufficient anymore instead of killing others precious time. This BND need to get total rectifying th... read more

I am very upset I should of never came to this dentist. Every single time I come to a appointment I wait more than 1 hour. I am currently waiting to get called in, my appointment was at 8:00am it is currently 10:02am and still haven’t got called in. I don’t understand what is the purpose to have a appointment at a current time if you aren’t getting called in. If busy DONT OVER BOOK. Why do they book several people at the same time. I am annoyed I will not recommend this dentist.

Very disappointed in the management of Bight now Dental. I have been to their facility in Anaheim twice now for a scheduled surgical procedure. Neither time was the procedure accomplished. The first Time The denture that was to be installed after teeth were removed, was not delivered as promised. The surgeon was there I was there but the apparatus that was to be in place was not. The second time, I arrived and was told the I had in my upper, needed to be removed prior to the surgical procedure. Why was this not scheduled ... read more

I went to this clinic to get my crown recemented, They refused to do it unless i sign up for their treatment plan and get a new crown from them. There was a problem with the crown and the dr had a valid point. Yet, he refused to ease my discomfort or help me in any way unless i buy a new crown. What happened to be being humane? Dentist took 3 tries to numb me for a filling and started drilling into my teeth even after I told him I wasn’t numb the first two times. Never in my life have I had a dentist need to numb me more than once. My jaw was sore for days and I couldn’t open it all the way from getting so many shots in the same spot, which again has never happened to me in the hands of a competent dentist. Horrible service. I am a patient at the LA Midtown location and went to the Anaheim location to get my temp crown put back on. They charged me $100 even though they should not have as I clearly stated I had the work done at their LA location. The manager never takes phone calls and the staff want to be argumentative. Will never go to this location again.
