Horrible experience, they will upsell you with some procedure that isn’t necessary. Overpriced, plus during the procedure the doctor and her assistant keep gossiping about their peers and colleagues which makes them work slower. For a root canal crown it took 3 weeks and we were leaving sooner so we didn’t know it will take that long because they told us after the procedure. When we told them our concern they BLAMED US after for not letting them know where in fact they should have let us know that the crown will take that lo... read more

RecommendedIn this pandemic time, my temperature was taken before seeing anybody. A bottle of sanitizer was available at the counter. X-rays were taken and I believe a total of 17 X-rays. It didn’t take long for the dentist to come and checked each tooth and found out that I had gum disease in just 1 tooth. The front desk first verified how much I had to pay. Fortunately, Dental hygienist was available that day and did the deep cleaning. Glad to have accomplished my goal in such a short period of time. 👍🤙

The staff was nice. The facility is very outdated. The floors did not look clean. The walls were dingy with yellow tint. I know the pandemic has been tough on businesses. This seems like years of poor corporate management allowing things to be so outdated.

Never heard of a dental office that didn’t have a dentist that could do a root canal. Sad & I won’t be going back there anytime soon. I was told they needed to get a specialist in to do a freaking root canal. They only took 1 x-ray of 1 tooth when they need to take a full set. They said they will try to get a specialist in sometime in May2020 and my appointment was April 10, 2020 Let with the same toothache that I went in for. Just SORRY 😐
