First and last time at here. My family went in for appointments today but they were not seen at the schedule appointment times. Other patients were complaining about the same issue on appointments. My son was seen without a parent. No minor should be seen without a parent present period! Maybe the hygienist Nancy wouldn't be so rude to a my son. Dr. Day Nguyen and his assistant Saul were incredible! I was feeling extremely anxious going into my appointment, but the team made me feel comfortable and at ease right away. The dentist took the time to explain everything clearly and offered options to help manage my anxiety. The procedure went smoothly, and I left feeling relieved and happy with the results. I highly recommend this practice to anyone, especially if you're nervous about dental visits.

The staff is very welcoming and kind. Laura was super helpful and nice, she was able to set up my appointments to align with my schedule. The dental assistant and the doctor were very friendly and explained all treatment thoroughly!
I had a horrible experience with Dr. Duy and his assistant. From the moment the procedure started, it felt rushed and careless. Dr. Duy didn’t even explain what he was going to do before starting — he just stuck a needle in my mouth without any warning. Only after giving me the shot did he say, “it’s going to hurt a little.” I was literally sobbing in the chair from how much pain I was in, and he kept insisting it was just “pressure,” not pain.
