Dentist miss-informed, miss communicated regarding dental procedures, rude staff member, bad work. currently experiencing pain and discomfort due to the bad work performed.😡😭
RecommendedStarting with the front desk the two ladies were very pleasant and made you feel at home right from the start especially Joanne. She verified my insurance and answered all of my questions. Then I was taken to the actual dental area where I was greeted by a very pleasant young lady by the name of Jackie who did my x-rays. About 10 minutes after Jackie was done with my x-rays Dr Liu came and started doing my dental checkup. Which was very good.
