DO NOT GO HERE!!! I was basically blown off. I let them know the two crowns from a month ago still hurt, sent them xrays, new dentists treatment plan, called/messaged them several times.... I got a new dentist to look at it. She showed me on X-rays how the crowns do not fit flush. They have "open margin" and exposure, and need to be redone properly. I emailed this X-ray to Bright Now and the office manager's response was that the X-ray they took themselves says there is nothing wrong with them. They are not ok, and the ... read more

DO NOT COME HERE! These people are nothing but scam artists. I went in for a routine checkup and cleaning. I was promptly rushed through my appointment, with them trying to frighten, scare and coerce me into $6,000 worth of work, which I refused. Despite me saying that I did not want to do that work, which was not necessary, they tried to trick me into signing the dotted line for that $6,000 worth of work.
