They spell everything out for you, and work it to where you don't have to make an extra trip in if you have a procedure that needs to be done.

Dr. Kwok is amazing! He is caring when needed if you are nervous and light hearted when needed to make you feel at ease! He is excellent with his skilled work. He restored my faith in dentistry!! The staff at this location are friendly and just pretty awesome. I recommend Dr. Kwok and his staff to everyone! Thank you guys!
