I have visited two locations. One in Corona Ca and the second in Eastvale Ca. In both cases, I experienced total disrespect for the patient. Most recently, at Eastvale, I was given X-rays, the woman doing the X-rays was very nice and professional. I was then taken to another location to see the doctor. The doctor was very cold and dismissive. She was not happy with the C-rays and had the technician retake some. They allowed people in without masks and some of them weren't wearing any, the dentist didn't work on an exposed nerve because he didn't like the size of my mouth and didn't even try to work on it. Sat for 3 hours for nothing. Eastvale office.

The office wasted my time without an apology: 70 minutes in the waiting room and another 20 in the exam room. When I asked to speak to the office manager, she told me: “Doctor is busy.” (I had a consultation for pulling two wisdom teeth: OWW.) I very much liked Dr. Zarrabi and Dr. John, however, just not the front office lack of respect for my time.

This place can't keep up with appointments over booking and understaffed as far as dentist..... The new dentist there now some Indian dude goes back and forth from patient to patient doesn't wash his hands and just changes his gloves (disgusting!). He didn't numb the areas enough also real rough with no compassion.... afterwards I wanted to beat his ass!!!! I recommend you stay away from this place!!!!!!!!!!!
I've been here for 1 hr and 22 minutes. They finally tell me after inspection I'm "eligible" to get my teeth cleaned but they have to check their hygienist's schedule?!! How is my scheduled appointment at the first appointment of the day not on ur hygienist's schedule? Why on earth would I come back for a second appointment when I've already wasted a whole morning here?
