Do not even try to have a conversation with the blonde young lady with poorly done eyelash extensions up front. Extremely rude and 100% careless with the way she talks with customers in pain. I got referred from the Puyallup office to get a Plano because their machine was down and I was explaining to the lady the situation.. and she responds with "We have never had an oral surgeon here on these days of the week. you're not even scheduled here, you're scheduled for Puyallup at 10am" in a snarky attitude. They don’t keep their appointment times. They are overbooked and rushed. Sloppy work and not very gentle.

Did not feel as though they cared about me as a patient. Wasn’t able to get any cleaning done due to the hygienist calling out the last minute. Didn’t see the point of only going for x-rays.

My daughter got braces through Bright now dental. Her father sign the contract and is fully responsible for payment. But a few months ago my daughter was told she could not have them taken off cause her dad owed money. What place would make a child suffer because their parent is not responsible? No child should have to suffer because of the actions of their parent. No business should make the child surfer because their parent!

Last week a piece of bridge, that should have never been recommended according to my insurance company, broke. I called to schedule an appointment to repair or replace it and wound up at the doctor with severe high blood pressure. Since when does trying to make a dental appointment raise one's blood pressure? I'll tell you. One of the female receptionists was so rude when she asks for an exact date of my last time in the office and I tell her I don't know. Make sure you call insurance before any procedures. Don't trust what the dentist or office staff say! The front desk staff told me they check insurance before any procedures are done and so the patient knows what the patient's responsibility is. They said that my portion of the bill was $0.00. So I signed the bottom line. Turns out that they did not call my insurance for pre- authorization for a crown. I asked Dr. Lee if that tooth already had a crown on it, he replied, "No" and proceeded to show me the tooth still had roots... read more
