Totally crap company. Had top teeth pulled and dentures put in never got a estimate then came all the bills. Then a week later tried to call after hours due to an emergency gushing blood from my mouth went to the er they stopped it. Never got any call back from company had to call them 3 days later. No one should use this company.

Beware of this practice. Upon becoming a patient everything was presented beautifully, staff, ease of getting an appointment, attitutudes...everything. I even had my entire family follow me over, to include my daughter-in-law. Well, now let's skip forward a bit of time, I need quite a bit of care. I need just now a bridge done. I am in the prestige. They collected my portion of 1700.00 up front, started the work 2 weeks ago. The tech made my Temps and told me if I break them call IMMEDIATELY to have them IMMEDIATELY replace... read more
Treated like just another body in the chair. No personal connection. Just give us your money and be done.
I had a horrible experience. Saw the dentist first and he suggested a plan that I thought was reasonable. Then went to next appointment and the hard sell started. All I wanted was what the dentist suggested. But according to their “protocols” I had to agree to other treatment before. Of course, it was all up sell. That is a problem with corporate dentistry. Corporate comes first!$!

doctor is rude, compare to the previus one and kept me waiting at the dental chair closed to one hour.
Front desk lady was not pleasant. She was unable to fully tell me what procedure was being done but wanted me to sign papers. This was after my last appointment was canceled and then I received 3 phone calls in one day to change my appointment time. This is my 2nd attempt in 1 year to find a new dentist since we moved here. Not sure what’s going on in Green Valley AZ but it’s hard to find a good dentist and medical drs!!!😕

RecommendedI don’t like dentists as a rule but Dr Jayman wasFANTASTIC ! He and assistant Michael were awesome today. I had a crown and filling replacement done, they totally changed my opinion of going to the dentist. I absolutely recommend Bright Now Dental! 👍
