RecommendedThe Issaquah location is always polite and on time. Nothing means more to me than an appointment that gets me in and out in a decent amount of time. I was a patient from the Issaquah branch office for more than 8 years. I called canceling an appointment less than 48 hours because I was sick and didn't want to spread my bug around and they are charging me $100 for canceling less than 48 hours. They blame it was the second time I canceled an appointment less than 48 hours what is not true. Shame on you bright dental to lose a long term patient because you can give exceptions.
