This location has canceled my dental appointment THREE times the day before for having "no hygienist" on the day of my appointment. I'm beyond frustrated. There is no warning so I'm taking time off work for no reason and/or paying for childcare. It's bull****! I'll be going elsewhere from here on out. Happened to me at Lake Stevens location too. I'm done. Terrible business and terrible customer service!
It would be nice if the dentist cared enough to actually send the prescription over to the pharmacy BEFORE she went home. I’m in a great deal of pain due to an infection!
Lynnwood has children for dentists that have no understanding of neurological differences and cater for them not. I’m almost tempted to go back to Northgate if it wasn’t for the commute. Bright now dental is a poor mans Chicken wing instead of breast. Socialized dentistry is a long way off but needed badly. Steve McQueen
