I’ve been going to this location for 10 years and Dr Tran and the office manager are the reason why. Recently - my son needed braces so I thought I’d give them a try and it’s nice that all the services are in one place. My son loves going to dr. Redmond and I can already see his teeth have moved and are straightening out! Great deal too. $99 to get started and they had a coupon on their site for another $100 off.

I wanted to get my teeth cleaned, I was told I would have to have an examination first, then after the doctor had finished, his office manager came in and gave me a list of dental work I needed done, including a deep cleaning costing around $800 and told me it was that or nothing and I could not get a regular cleaning which was the reason I went in. After listening to the hard sell, I walk out without the cleaning I had requested in the first place and paid $79 for.
I have been going to your Dental office for many Years This last visit not a good experience Monday dec 9 Traffic was heavy called I would be 10 min late Appt was 10 got there at 10:10 She said no problem if I was10 min late Signed in when I got there -filled out paper Work She called me to the receptionist desk and said I want you to know with your cleaning etc like you had done last time it will cost you 144.00 I said no.
