The receptionist and her name is SUSIE, she is very rude and doesn’t need to be in the front office. The way she talked down on people beyond this world. If she has issues in her life and she need to call off or quit her job because there are so many nice people need jobs. Someone really need to talk to her and she can’t talk to people like that been crazy and rude.

Dentist are great but the front staff are not brigh when it comes to discussing benefits. When there's a problem, they focus on who's to blame as opposed to how do we fix it!!

Recommendedmy appointment was at 11:50 for a routine check up. was not seen until a hour later, ended up leaving without a cleaning because the Dr was going to lunch. extremely disappointing.
They’re very expensive, and the lady in the front is very rude (Leti) I don’t why they don’t get rid of her.
RecommendedThe staff is very professional, friendly, and caring. They made me aware of what procedure they were doing, and how long it would take to finish. Very supportive. They let me know what was truly in my best interest for a healthy smile.

I had an appointment at 12pm for a routine check up and clean. I checked in at 1140 and wasn’t seen until about 130p. They took xrays then sent me back out to the lobby because they didn’t have any open chairs. I was called back in around 140p had my check up and cleaning. I was told I need a couple of fillings but they didn’t write it in my chart so the techs working on me had no idea. This location is a nightmare for anyone that has "normal" insurance. The location prays off of people that has assistance and bills what ever they feel like, not all claims as they should. Due to claims never being submitted as the claims should have been, collections happen to my son. After two years of trying to get the matter settled the insurance company stated the claim would not be covered as the referral was never places per expectations.
