Today March 5th 2021 was my scheduled appointment! Horrible staff! Horrible service! Very very rude assistant. I don’t recommend this place I wasn’t welcoming from the staff and the assistant doesn’t even deserve serving patients. I felt discriminated!

My experience at your clinic yesterday and today was awful! Yesterday my appointment was at 1220 and I got there at 1145. I was in the waiting area for about 20 mins and then was called for my xray. That went well, the technician was great. After I was seen by the dentist 20 minutes later, I was left waiting for another one and a half hours until a technician came and said that the dentist was with a patient and was running behind. not helpful. could not explain cost to me. Dentist was in for less then 5 min never came back for me to ask questions. The billing girl was rude and got pissy with me and told me it's either pay now or wait 4-6weeks. nothing done for broken tooth just gave me prescription for motrin. left root exposed, face and mouth swollen. cant eat or drink

I called to make an appointment a week in advance they ask for all my membership ID my coverage every number possible on my cards I get to my appointment and they call to verify my eligibility then. But because it's now after hours because they're open till 7pm they will not see my kids don't you think they should have confirmed it when they got my information??? not after hours since the office is open till 7 but the insurance closes at 5. Very unprofessional!!!

Great dentist. TERRIBLE office for orthodontist. Several times my daughter had painful broken brackets and had to wait a month to be seen. The orthodontist is only in one a month and they book out early. If you need to reschedule or have a broken bracket, count on not bring seen for two months. It is beyond ridiculous. They estimated 18 months, and now after over two years of horribly run ortho care, we're electing to get them off early.
