Bright Now! Dental is excellent. Dr. Ali Shahrokh and his staff are professional, caring, and very qualified. They took excellent care of me and worked with my insurance. I've had a deep cleaning, filling, and crown with no complaints. I highly recommend them.

My last appointment in August was for a cleaning. Waited 2 hours because the hygienist forgot I was there. Then 2 days ago had a crown come off so made appointment to go in. The morning of my appointment they called me to say my insurance was no longer accepted there but I could pay out of pocket. (My insurance has been good the 7-8 years I’ve been going there). Terrible experience. Not Professional. I booked a cleaning teeth. The made me X-Ray. After that, arrived the doctor. The same one that 5 min before was sleeping on the chair in the office beside the X-Ray room, with the door totally opened. He suggested to make 2 crone a other little surgery. I replyed "Ok I'll thinking about it". And, I asked for my cleaning. They told me "Today the specialist is not here". WHAT??? Ok I'm really nice person. Asking could I make an appointment? It all started when my insurance company wanted to verify my dental office choice. The phone kept going to a after hour phone message. They tried many times and finally said they would continue to call. On my appointment day I waited for an hour and 20 minutes in the waiting room. I finally asked what was going on.
