The staff is always very pleasant and the hygienists and the Doctor always do a great job of explaining everything they are doing !
They are very friendly...talk to you during whatever you are having done and tell you what they are doing...
I got an appointment the very next day when I called them for a toothache. They were very good about using Covid precautions.I had two teeth extracted and it was practically pain-free and they were very professional.
0/10. From the front desk when I called just to sign in, “Debbie” was insanely rude. Then, I was assured after insisting I’d rather local anesthetic, that my child did not need it there would be no pain... in a filling for a permanent tooth... Now, I’m not a dentist so I have no idea. I trusted them. Only to have my 9 year old screaming and crying in pain. He’s had fillings before and does great with dental work.
