0/10. From the front desk when I called just to sign in, “Debbie” was insanely rude. Then, I was assured after insisting I’d rather local anesthetic, that my child did not need it there would be no pain... in a filling for a permanent tooth... Now, I’m not a dentist so I have no idea. I trusted them. Only to have my 9 year old screaming and crying in pain. He’s had fillings before and does great with dental work.
