Terrible customer service. I didn’t feel welcome. I made an appointment for general cleaning and when I went in I was abruptly told I couldn’t get general cleaning but had to have a cleaning that wasn’t covered by my insurance and would have to pay out of pocket for it. Then I was told I could get general cleaning covered by my insurance, was taken in the back for exrays and exam and then told,again, I could not get general cleaning. Do not waste your time or money here. They did dental work on my husband that was not a necessity and didn't tell him all they were going to do except state it was a deep cleaning. They turned around and over charged our insurance in which they only covered partial and we were slapped with a $500 bill. They will make you get dental work that is not mandatory and then make you pay for it. We were 1st time patients too and this is what we had to deal with.
