I made an appointment to have my teeth cleaned. When I left the office 2 1/2 hours later I still had not had my teeth cleaned. By the time I had x-rays and saw the dentist which took the full 2 1/2 hours the person who was to clean my teeth had gone to lunch and would not be back for an hour. I am finding a new dentist.
Dentists and ortho docs pretty good, but staff is not all-together. I had to have a tooth surgically removed. So the staff said they made an appointment for the next day in a different town. When i arrived the next day, their staff did not see it in their system nor had my information forwarded. They still ended up seeing me since it was an emergency extraction, but i had to wait 4 1/2 hours before even out of the lobby. I had a similar experience 3 months prior. My daughters are patients in thee ortho Dept. Since being there twice have they both complained about the Dr.’s being too rough!! I believe the Dr.’s who are being too rough should imagine it’s their own children that they’re working on!!
