If you can talk to a person, they're very helpful. But, if you leave a message on their voice mail, I have yet to have them return the call. Waiting for dentures to be adjusted almost a month (so far) with no updates and no communication is unacceptable.
they sent my husband home with dentures that don't fit , and that was in October 2021, something went down with staff and they were all fired.. so now I e been trying to get an appointment with no avail.. looks as if I'll have to drive there and blast through the door to get answers..

Great place to come if you like1-2 hour wait times(after you appointment time) and incompetent service. Communication is terrible!! I took my son 3 times to have oral surgery that was needed as part of his orthodontics. I still have to go back for the procedure to be done. The oral surgeon is GREAT! But the orthodontist is incompetent. Three attempts at getting a couple of teeth pulled and another tooth exposed so it can be brought down in place and the orthodontist screwed it up again.
