The staff here was very polite and nice from the phone appointment to front desk to DA, Hygeniest and Doctors. I was skeptic to come again before, just because we had an appointment on Saturday and we showed up and nobody was here. Though I saw it as “ Things happen, emergencies happen” so I proceeded to reschedule it for today. I can’t regret it at all. Thank you guys for taking care of both my boys.
Very professional and competent, plus patient focused. I was very skeptical of storefront dentistry after numerous unpleasant experiences around Simi. My dental care was neglected and I was breaking off crowns and others proposed extracting. Bright Now saved all my teeth. dentist dr. ju the worst. on multiple visits. only went back due to the payment plan being setup for my treatment on a bridge for the front teeth I had root canals done on. please find another local dentist if you already hate the dentist. dr. ju will add to the dentist fear & scare you like he did me. not physically of course

I am completely and totally disappointed I feel like I was ripped off because I now have insurance not happy about the services I did not receive and I feel like I was lied to just to get more money out of me
