RecommendedI love Bright Now Dental, and recommend them to everyone! I will only go to them for dental work! I've had horrible experiences with dentist/medical care, so I'm picky about who I go to, or trust with my care! Dr. Bond, and Dr. Loud are the best! I just had oral surgery done today, and all I needed was a little novacaine! Dr. Loud made me feel less stressed by assuring me, and walking me through every step! RecommendedYesterday's cleaning & addressing some hot/cold issues experience was very good! Cleaning in Sept was horrible as I waited 2 hrs in chair with no one attending to me in any way. Finally someone said it would be 2 more hours til they expected I would get out of there. I was livid!!! They had 3 or 4 out on maternity leave & no help. Not this offices fault, but corporate's. That is all over with & they are back to efficient, friendly, caring, taking time with explanations, etc. They just had a very bad hump to get over. I'm su... read more

RecommendedI have had nothing but a great experience the last 4 times I have been there. People are very nice, courteous and willing to help. The work I have had done has come out great. You cant ask for much more. The owners though need to spend some more money to give their employees better facilities and products to work with!! My chair felt like it was gonna fall apart.
