The hygienist, Shaheen was excellent. She explained everything to me and my teeth and gums felt great once she was done. Highly recommend her.
I was there a very long time but the work was good & I hope that it fixes my problem. The Dr was very nice but was running around to all the patients that was there. I also believe is needs help there. The dental place is running with a skeleton crew. I was there 4 1/2 hour that’s crazy but people were helping very one so as I said you needed more people working there. Also another Dr to help the patients one Dr is not enough. Had my first appointment at Bright Now Dental on Tuesday May 18. The front office receptionist was professional and friendly As was the lady that did all the Xrays. I met Dr Garcia who was professional and friendly and performed what I believe was a thorough examination. Based on my first experience for my husband and me, we would recommend this dental office.
Kelly was THE best !! I have a very difficult condition and cleaning my teeth is a challenge but she did great. She was so knowledgeable and kind. She even researched my problem before I got there.
